Face it (and with a mask on!) - we’re all doing a LOT of coping these days.
The COVID Pandemic has brought the globe together in near isolation, and now... things are started to loosen up as we start getting out.   
While many took on new creative endeavours as the our time inside increased, a lot of us need something now, as we have to face....OTHER PEOPLE AGAIN.  

Luckily, there’s no end to Creative Coping exercises - and most are enjoyable, some even edible!   And I’m sure you’re already doing a few, for that simple fact.  

So here’s how it works....

Creativity as

  • a distraction tool (to avoid stress)
  • a contemplation tool ( lead to questions /  problem  solving)
  • a way of gaining confidence & resilience 

Trying new creative activities benefits

  • positivity 
  • deeper self-awareness


Regardless of skill level, all these creative actions and intents are producing positivity in our minds and bodies - which resonates all around us.


Face to face & group activities most are beneficial, but online / self taught also have positive benefits.

New creative learning & activities more beneficial then repeated activities.

Emotional benefits from a single hands-on experience.
